It may feel that when you need help because you are being treated unfairly at work or you have lost your job that everywhere you look the help is only for your Employer and not you the Employee. Well don’t worry because we are here to help.

We advise both Employers and Employees. We assist Employers and advise how they should act in order to protect both them and you the Employee. Everything that you read on our website relates to both you and your Employer. If you feel that your Employer has not acted fairly and you are being unlawfully treated then you can do something about it and we are here to help.

We offer the first hour of your consultation free of charge to help you understand what you should be doing and if you have or haven’t been treated unlawfully.  If we do feel that you have been treated unlawfully then we will advise you on the next steps to take. This could be anything from submitting a grievance letter to taking a claim through an Employment Tribunal.  Whatever the action that needs to be taken we will let you know at the start your chances of success, how long it could take and an idea of how much it will cost to pursue the case.

If you are frightened about the costs of cases then we can offer background advice. This means that you do all of the work and we help you with the legal side of it. If you are stuck you just give us a call and we will advice you on what to do next. We will also advise you of other avenues that you may like to explore to resolve your employment issues so that you may choose the best method for you.
